Clesaro is a personal financial wellness platform that helps users track spending, manage budgets, and improve their financial health. Clesaro is not a bank, financial institution, investment advisor, or licensed financial services provider. Nothing on Clesaro constitutes financial advice. All insights, scores, and recommendations are for informational and educational purposes only.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Clesaro. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Clesaro is currently available to residents of the UAE. Use from other jurisdictions is at the user's own risk and subject to local laws.

Clesaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these terms.
Clesaro provides financial tracking tools, budgeting features, and general financial wellness insights. This is not financial advice. Clesaro is not regulated by the Central Bank of the UAE (CBUAE), the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA), the Financial Services Regulatory Authority (FSRA), or any other financial regulator. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any significant financial decisions.

Your use of Clesaro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. By using Clesaro, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We store your data on servers in the UAE in compliance with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (PDPL).
All content, features, functionality, branding, and technology within Clesaro — including but not limited to the financial health score algorithm, the Clesaro name, logo, and design — are owned by Clesaro and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Clesaro may integrate with third party services (such as open banking providers) to enhance functionality. These integrations are subject to the third party's own terms and privacy policies. Clesaro is not responsible for the practices or content of third party services. Your use of any integrated third party service is at your own risk.
Clesaro is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Financial health scores and insights are based on the data you provide and are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete. We are not responsible for any financial decisions made based on information provided by Clesaro.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Clesaro and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Clesaro shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or AED 100, whichever is greater.
Clesaro is currently in beta. During the beta period, the service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Features may change. Data may be reset. By using Clesaro during the beta period, you acknowledge and accept these limitations. Beta users may be asked to sign a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
You may delete your account at any time by contacting support@clesaro.com. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Clesaro reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these terms, without notice or liability.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and an in-app notification at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of Clesaro after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the updated terms, you must stop using Clesaro and delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms or your use of Clesaro shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the UAE. If you are an EU resident, you also retain the right to bring proceedings before the courts of your country of residence.
